Can I return an e-book or digital item?

We are happy to accept returns of our e-book and digital resources under our 60-day return policy. To return an e-book or digital item, follow these steps:

1. Delete the file from all computers and devices where you have stored it.
2. Delete or destroy any backup copies.
3. Destroy any printed copies you have made. If you keep printed copies of any pages in your school records, that counts as a printed copy and the item cannot be returned until those copies have been destroyed.
4. Contact us to let us know that you have taken the above steps.

We will issue a refund once we receive your message certifying that you have deleted the file and any copies.
