Why does my order show "awaiting pickup" on the tracking page?

When we mark an order as completed, that means the order has been filled and the package has left our shipping facility. The tracking page is updated once the package carrier scans the shipping label into their system. Sometimes the carrier doesn't scan packages when they are picked up, which means the tracking page will show that the carrier is awaiting the package even after they've received it from us.

The tracking number should be updated with a delivery estimate once the package arrives at the carrier's sorting facility. On occasion a package won't show that it has been picked up from us until it is out for delivery, so please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery estimate shown when you placed the order, contact us and we'll try to track down the package.
