How do I approach preschool and kindergarten with Charlotte Mason?

Charlotte Mason advocated that children have no formal lessons until the age of six, and we follow her recommendation in our curriculum. Instead of formal lessons, Charlotte suggested giving preschool and kindergarten children a "quiet growing time" to help them develop good habits and natural curiosity. Our Pre-K and Kindergarten guide gives some ideas for Charlotte Mason-style activities in the preschool years.
