What are your international shipping options?

We ship almost anywhere in the world. To get a shipping estimate, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then go to the Cart or Checkout page. On either of those pages, you'll see a list of available shipping options for your order with the cost for each option. Please note that the shipping fee shown does not include any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be assessed by your country when the package is imported. We are not able to estimate customs fees for an order, nor can we mark an order as a gift to attempt to avoid customs fees. Please note that if an order is refused or returned to us, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

We also have e-book options for almost every resource in our store. Many of our international customers prefer to purchase e-books, then take those to a local office supply store to be printed. If you want do that and the office supply store asks for a permission letter to print any of our e-books, we're more than happy to supply one. Just contact us with your order number and let us know which books you need permission to print.
