I'm seeing an error while checking out. What should I do?

When you see a message that says you already have an account, that means that the e-mail address you used in the Create an account? section of the checkout page has already been registered. If you see that message, you probably have an account in our store. Do one of these things to complete your order:

1. Go to the My Account page and sign in, then return to the checkout page. If you don't remember your password, use the Lost your password? link on that page to have a new password e-mailed to you.

2. Or, uncheck the box on the checkout page next to Create an account? and you can check out as a guest with no sign-in required.
